I spoke with my recruiter a couple nights ago. Due to timing with the working visa, background checks, etc., the departure date has moved from July 26th to some time in the middle of August. I don't really know why, but it makes me very anxious; I suppose it has something to do with the fact that an extra two weeks in the good ol' U.S. of A. wasn't budgeted into my financial plans. Things are tight. But that's nothing new, I'll get through it. I also believe that some of my anxiousness about it is boredom - what am I going to do with myself for an entire month? The answer to that is drive myself nuts - haha.
